Depositions, Day-in-the-Life, and Settlement Videos
We’ve all seen Deposition Videos. These no-frills videos are simply faithful representations of testimony given outside the courtroom. As with any Certified Videography service, we produce these with complete impartiality. They are admissible evidence and may be edited with permission of the court.
Day-in-the-Life Videos are just what their name implies, a window into the activities of daily living of the victim or their survivors, giving the viewer insight into the difficulties they must live with.
Settlement Videos are the most complicated and misunderstood videos we produce. We use before and after techniques and interviews with friends and family to establish the victim as a real person in the eyes of the opposition. These productions can include music, sound effects, re-creations, and literally every tool in the film production box to lead the audience to an inescapable conclusion.
Settlement videos, as the name implies, are intended for the mediation process and are not generally admissible in open court.
Why choose us?
We’ve helped Law Firms and Court Reporting Services from all around the country, even Texas. Our Award-winning Legal Videos have helped Attorneys in all those States receive a fair and equitable judgment for their clients. In some of those cases, the video even gained a higher settlement than was being demanded.
Here are the basics: Depositions
